Parsippany NJ based Electronic Health Care Transactions Company is seeking highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Representatives to assist physician offices with the technical aspects of installing and utilizing proprietary systems. Responsibilities include performing out bound calls?to clients needing assistance submitting test files from their proprietary systems, contacting active clients who are not submitting transactions, receiving in bound calls from clients?experiencing other technical issues, etc.? The successful candidate will be able to identify, research and resolve client inquiries and?display organizational and communication skills by responding promptly to telephone calls, email and co-worker requests for technical support matters.? Candidate?must have the ability to document, track and monitor?issues to ensure timely resolution.? Chosen applicant?will be required to learn different practice management systems, such as Medisoft, Lytec, Eclipse, EZ Bis, Therapist Helper and many more. ?Candidate will be responsible for achieving individual and team goals. Candidate must have technical computer experience and demonstrate:Excellent verbal and communication skills.Organizational skills to follow the progress of issue through conclusion.The ability to work independently and / or as part of a team.The ability to prioritize.Computer experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.Fantastic interpersonal skills.

?Experience with Medical Billing Helpful
