Technical Support Representative

Description:

Primarily responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and support of incoming/outgoing data transfers, client software installations, transactional web pages and error monitoring.  Utilizes technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to identify, investigate and resolve problems, maintain up-time and quality of critical processes and services and improve automated monitoring/alert capabilities.  Interacts directly with customers and partners via phone and email as needed to provide technical (non-general product) support.  Assists with programming / web development by working on smaller projects or "quick fixes" to databases, internal support systems and product web pages.


Responsibilities include (but not limited to): 
- Daily monitoring of incoming data feeds and handling of any errors
- Daily uploading and confirmation of outgoing data feeds to partners
- Monitoring of error logs, screening errors and system email alerts, identification of cause and taking action to resolve.

- Coordinate with existing partners to create streamlined processes and improved client experience. 
- Perform database updates based on system-generated reports and internal direction
- Perform database queries upon request for reporting/research needs

- Create automated email reports for internal support and troubleshooting.
- New development or maintenance of product web pages
- Technical customer support
- Testing of code and/or web page changes / new code created

Salary:

Mid 30s to low 40s DOE plus benefits
