RESPONSIBILITIES

Under general supervision performs personal computer configuration and applications installs to support the management program. Keeps detailed documentation pertaining to the process. Follows written and verbal instructions provided by management staff. Troubleshoots basic errors during the process. Assists with troubleshooting Active Directory, application installation problems, and coordinates with other management organizations as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Secret Clearance with a SSBI investigation required. Skills Required: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Project, MS Word, expert in Ethernet, TCPIP, Windows NT and Network Admin.
