Technical Support Specialist-Columbus, Ohio

CDI is currently seeking a User Access Control technical Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to clients or customers using computer hardware, standard desktop applications or proprietary software applications and is a final level of escalation within the Service Center for resolution.  This individual will serve as a project resource for the integration and implementation of new environments and services.

Job Duties:
Assess risk within domains and ensure SOX compliance
Administer and support Windows NT and Active Directory Domains including the creation/deletion of accounts/groups/shares.
Administer AS400 profiles for business applications
Perform Remote access administration and troubleshooting
Provide Outlook/Exchange/RightFAX administration and troublehoooting.

Requirements:
MINIMUM of 4-6 years of Experience-and preferable to have a degree in CIS/MIS or related field.
Experience with Windows and Server NT/2000/2003/XP
Microsoft standard desktop applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Exchange, Visio and Project
Active Directory and NT domain administration and support
AS/400 Application administration and support
Remote Access Administration and support
MS Outlook/Exchange administration/support
Fundamental understanding of networking including TCP/IP, WINS, DNS
Excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
