The Technical Analyst is responsible for the installation and configuration of the computing environment software and / or hardware. This position is responsible for execution of the disaster recovery procedures in the event a disaster is declared. This position provides for daily monitoring of systems to ensure that changing conditions are analyzed and corrected. This position implements new hardware or system upgrades. This position contributes to the design, development and implementation of systems projects. This position performs the ongoing maintenance of business applications and infrastructure systems.

Specific responsibilities include:
Provide project leadership, innovation, management and implementation of workstation solutions using Altiris Client Management Suite, Altiris Asset Management Suite, Wise Package Studio, PC Transplant, Carbon Copy and other designated Altiris products.
Develop and deliver detailed systems analysis, program definition, creative solutions, processes and strategic direction for the Altiris suite of products.
Provide guidance for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Altiris suite of products.
Provide management oversight for all TAP workstations remotely using the Altiris suite of products.
Act as the technical backup to the lead Altiris technical engineer.
Document processes and solutions.
View and analyze data through Web Reports.
Create custom reports and ad hoc reports as required.

Qualifications
A BS degree is highly desired, preferrably in Management Information Systems.

Certification required. IE: Microsoft (MSCE), Lotus (CLP), UNIX etc or equivalent experience.

3 years experience managing Altiris Deployment Solution, Notification Server and other Client Management Suite solutions.
2 years experience managing other Altiris products.
3 years general workstation support services
2 years experience with software application installations
1 year of Health Care Industry experience preferred.
1 year U. S. regulatory compliance experience preferred.
