We are seeking a Technical Writer & Audit Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for reducing verbal instructions into documented, east to follow written instructions.

Successful candidates will adhere to all SAS-70, ITIL & SOX audit standards. Provide support to audit requests including gathering test data, document surveys, narrative writing, as well as develop naming standards for both documents and file names. Develop document indexing & tracking systems. Ability to work across multiple departments and under flexible, frequently changing deadlines. Willing to pursue ITIL Management Certification in the future. Minimum requirement should include ITIL Fundamentals Certification. Must also have previous experience with audit documentation.
