Technical Writer/Documentation Specialist

Large organization in Westboro seeks a Technical Writer with experience working in the information security regulatory and compliance areas and developing, professional, customer-facing communications. This position involves analyzing and redrafting approximately 2500 existing technical security responses, as well as craft new answers as questions arrive.

 

Qualifications:Self-starter with 3-5 years experience creating professional-quality technical documentation for external comsumption. SOX or ISO17799 knowldge or experience is required.Excellent communication skills, a commitment to quality and very detail oriented. Strong research and information organization skills.Expert level with tools such as: Word, Microsoft Visio, revision control and enterprise content management tools. Extensive experience with at least 2 types of auditing or compliance documentation projects.
