Technical Writer for the state of New York SACWIS experience

Two years experience analyzing and understanding verbal and written documentation and procedures. Four (4) or more years of progressive experience working with project staff (both program and technical staff) architecting, designing, authoring technical designs for a large complex Client Server environment using an ?N-tiered? methodology based on a defined user requirement.  Three (3) or more years of progressive experience working with project staff (both program and technical staff) authoring requirements, logical designs and technical designs for complex reports and other data extracts, including data analysis and report/file layout and design; and performing ongoing analysis to ensure that future application builds/database changes are considered in existing and future report/extract designs. Two (2) or more years experience working within a SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System) based system as part of the Application Development organization. BS Degree needed for this assignment.
