Perform analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation and support tasks needed to develop, maintain, and enhance web-based sales, underwriting and enrollment applications.

Able to meet the needs of a fast growing Individual Products Segment in the most effective and efficient manner possible.

Accountable for understanding the business needs of the organization and translating and articulating those needs into technological systems designs specifications and solutions.

Work with business partners analyze, design, develop, implement and integrate moderate to complex business systems that will support Humana's business objectives.

Understand Humana's IT organization, methods, policies and technical environment to effectively and efficiently complete assignments in accordance with established procedures.

Qualified candidates must have/be:

Bachelor's Degree, preferrably in Computer Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or Business

Strong knowledge of
- ASP.NET and ASP
- ADO.NET
- SQL Server 2000 and extensive T-SQL coding experience
- C# for ASP.NET
- OO experience
- Web Services experience
- XML, XSD experience

Minimum 4 years of technology experience
