Job Description

 

The Technology Consultant - C# is responsible for the creation and support of solutions built using Microsoft.NET. The successful candidate will work independently on tasks while interacting with clients, a solutions architect and other Gadberry Group technology consultants.

 

Experience & Requirements

 

?  BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related technical degree with an excellent GPA.

?  Ability to demonstrate good analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

?  Understanding of the .NET framework.

?  Practical or academic experience deploying .NET applications preferred.

?  Practical or academic experience with one of the following languages required: C#, C++, VB.NET or Java (C# preferred).

?  Working familiarity with SQL Server or Oracle required.

?  Strong background working with SQL, including use and development of stored procedures, preferred.

?  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with our clients.

?  Good organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills.

?  Has willingness to work in a collaborative workflow process where multiple people participate in varying roles on one task.

?  Uses programming and technical knowledge to design, develop, and troubleshoot software, and can execute programming tasks both efficiently and with a high degree of quality.

?  Stays abreast of technology changes in the operating system, programming languages, databases, etc.
