Our Life Science Consulting Practice serves some of the world's largest and most prestigious pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies. Our practice offers a broad scope of solutions
to help clients address the fullest range of industry ?and client specific issues - customer strategy, merger and acquisition strategy, supply chain optimization, investment R&D prioritization, financial and performance management, IT strategy and more.
Technology Integration Manager candidates?must have:
- Bachelor's Degree; an advanced degree or MBA is helpful.
- 5+ years health care industry experience with large management consulting firm and/or leading?life science company
- The preferred candidate will have 5-8 years experience delivering technology?solutions to pharma and/or life science clients
- Life Science application/legacy systems content knowledge in a specific area or areas?including: Pharmaceutical, Biotech and /or Medical Device industries?
- You should be presently employed with a consulting firm? or equivalent leading major technology?projects around areas such as: R &D, Clinical Trials Management and Structure, Opportunity Assessments, Portfolio
Optimization, M&A,? Post Merger Integration, Outsourcing Assessments, Operations Improvements, Licensing, and Product Commercialization? Strategy and Positioning.
- Architecture experience should include one?to?several of the following:
- Application Architecture
- Data Architecture
- Integration/Security
- Infrastructure Architecture
- Extensive knowledge of vendor landscape (e.g., CRM packages, administration packages, middleware vendors, etc.)
- Extensive project management and planning skills
- "Big 4" experience preferred
- Ability to accommodate client-based weekly travel
?This position will be accountable for managing a team on a larger "transformational" initiative at a life sciences client. ?They will have experience playing the role of application or technical architect in delivering?life science technology?solutions.?
- Scoping and planning of a piece of work as part of an overall program

Developing work plans and work programs
- Managing schedule, staffing and budget variances for their team
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Building and providing leadership to a diverse team
- Supporting the sales process
