Technology Operations Consultant

Position in Information Technology's Change Control. This position will work with all areas in IT to coordinate, evaluate, and schedule IT changes to Humana's systems, infrastructure and applications through the use of tools and experience. The goal of Change Management is to schedule the implementation of change by minimizing risk and maximizing the availability of our systems.

Successful candidate must possess an understanding of IT terminology, be organized, and possess good Customer Service skills. Must be able to multi-task, and be pro-active in addressing issues quickly.


Previous experience in Change Control a plus

Previous knowledge of ITIL methodology

Keyboarding skills required

Experience with Microsoft Office products required

Must be detailed oriented

A demonstrated ability to learn and retain new information

Analyze and resolve IT Change related issues and maintain the integrity of the Master Change Schedule

Attend/lead meetings as required

Coordinate the implementation of IT System and Application changes in accordance with established guidelines

Innovate process improvements
