Job description:

 

The Technology Team Leader will plan, design, develop, implement, and maintain large, highly complex systems as well as recommend strategy, technology, tools, structure, and schedules to management for deployment of operational systems technology.  In this role you will provide technical leadership on mission critical projects, provide consultation and training to others in area of expertise, and provide supervision of project management and technical engineering activities.  In addition, you will manage the development and communication of technology roadmaps, develop and manage communications plan for technical and non-technical community, interface with cross functional global team to standardize and simplify our technology choices for the infrastructure, and educate the IT and business departments on proper procedure, conditions and requirements for technology standards.  You will also coordinate status and performance reporting for specific initiatives, including analysis/reporting of all financial and task metrics.

 

The position will require approximately 25% travel and availability for 24/7 on call responsibilities.

 

 

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Five plus (5+) years experience in Technical Analysis or Project Management preferred.Certified Project Manager PMP/PMI highly preferred along with technical writing skills.Minimum of seven (7) years experience in a senior technical planning, design, and implementation role.Comprehensive knowledge of advanced systems analysis and design techniques, project management, and leadership.Ability to coordinate and manage initiatives across the organization. Proven ability to work and interact closely with various technical and non-technical management levels to determine their business needs. Strong organizational experience. Proven analytical skills with the ability to turn concepts into functioning deliverables. Must be process-driven. Strong technology skills with the ability to synthesize relevant information and make key decisions. Excellent communication abilities. Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
