Technology and ERP Administrator

Description:

Duties include, full service PC and held desk support covering all needs of end users.  Maintaining ERP system and database, creating ad hoc reports, maintaining network, user applications, PC?s, as well as the phone and security system.  Duties will include acting as the company liaison between third party providers of IT and ERP solutions.  Works closely with other departments to meet the needs of the company as it relates to IT/ERP needs.  Responsible for network, ERP, and PC up time also required to install, monitor, maintain, and tune ERP system, Linux and Microsoft network, e-mail, and all end user applications.

 

 

Requirements:College degree or current student with 2-4 years experience in IT and ERP support and maintenance.  Must be a quick learner with the ability to manage a busy schedule with quality results. This position requires a detail-oriented person who takes pride in their work and can manage the end user experience. Proven history of successful up time and problem solving skills.  Advanced PC, networking, communication, and interpersonal skills required.  Individual looking to expand their knowledge and responsibilities a must.
