Description

Immediate need for a telecom support specialist skilled in customer service and delivery.? The candidate will have?experience in the corporate environment and will be a customer service professional, dealing with an executive clientele to configure, train and support?Blackberry?devices and?cell phones for a fast paced and highly professional financial company in Richmond.

Details
Experience with Blackberry configuration and support.
Extensive use of Microsoft Excel to track orders and Mobile Devices
Strong customer and communication skills - Highly organized.
Monitor monthly billing reconciliation for multiple Telecom Vendors.
Basic training and troubleshooting of Blackberry and cell phones.
Work directly with vendors for setup, repairs and billing issues.
Provide backup for other sites?Blackberry and cell users.?
