Telecom Engineer

Position Summary:

As a Telecom Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day installation and maintenance support of an Avaya Definity PBX/ACD/CMS, Verint recording servers, ISDN networks, IBM controllers and CRT's Cicso Router, celluar phones and video conferencing.
Minimum Qualifications:
? High School graduate with some college or technical school, plus 2 years installation and wiring experience.
? PC literate
? Ability to install and maintain hardware
? Good working knowledge of AT&T premise wiring systems
? Call Center support experience. Graduation from Avaya's Difinity G3 Switch Administration course is a plus.
? Able to multi-task with both complex and simple tasks.
? Self motivated
? Ability to work independently and within a team

This position occasionally requires after-hours and on-call work, including weekend and holidays. Some travel may be required.
