Telecommunication Specialist

Provide project support to J563 for the network and telecommunications program management, system design, integration, circuit allocation engineering and provisioning, planning and coordination of telecommunications, IT and IA initiatives to include tracking of customer circuitry actions and associated costs, review and revalidation of telecommunications infrastructure, technical consultation, contingency planning and life cycle support for various Navy and DoD customers on behalf of SPAWARSYSCEN Pensacola.

Access, work within, manipulate data and provide analysis for the following required databases: Central Information System Service (CISS) and Naval Circuit Management Office (NCMO)
Gather information as required on budget, costs, and actual expenditure for all programs (generally monthly, but some ad hoc reports will be required.)
Research telecommunications requirements and make recommendations
Support provisioning and provide customer support for the Iridium SATCOM system
Research billing anomalies
Reconcile circuitry to monthly billing
Perform data analysis and synopsis of circuitry
Support procurement of telecommunications equipment

Requires Bachelor's degree.

Requires minimum 2 years experience.
