Job Description
Dassault Syst?mes is looking for one Temporary Technical Support Specialist based in Charlotte, North Carolina (part time) and one based in Seattle, Washington (full time).
As a Temporary Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible primarily for the maintenance of the education environments. Your main responsibilities will revolve around providing support to our consultants to ensure the proper execution of our products in the Client?s and Dassault Syst?mes? environments.
Depending on the location, job related activities might include:
? Maintain software environments and do hardware and software support for these environments
? Update Client/server environments quarterly for Client environments (6 classrooms, 4 servers)
? Support DS consultants software environments
? Operate logistics for Mobile classrooms
? Give desktop support to Dassault Syst?mes Industry Solutions in Charlotte
? Administrate Windows/Unix environments in Charlotte for Dassault Syst?mes Industry Solutions
Requirements
o New graduate or student in Computer Science or Management of Information Systems (MIS)
o Hardware/software trouble-shooting skills
o Knowledge of Windows XP administration, Networking TCP/IP, Unix a plus
o Ability to grasp concepts quickly and a self motivator
o Ability to communicate effectively in English
o The candidate based in Seattle (WA) has to be willing to travel locally
