Test Lead

Ciber is currently looking for a Test lead with hands on experience.  Position may go into a full time opportunity. 

 

Key Duties

? Design, implement, coordinate and maintain a test environment
? Develop and implement version control strategies and protocols
? Select and utilize appropriate tools to manage test processes, validate results, and perform various levels of testing

? Develop and implement test deliverables ? test planning, test preparation, test execution, defect management and test reporting. 

? Develop test cases, conditions, checklists, decision tables, systems controls, and auditability checks
? Develop/facilitate the test process including structuring, facilitating, or participating in reviews, walk-throughs, inspections; obtaining and documenting approvals; developing, documenting, and communicating test processes, requirements, procedures, results and standards.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes. 

 

Qualifications

? At least 2 years of experience in leading people and processes in a quality assurance environment
? Excellent Communication including: verbal, written, and presentation skills
? Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
? Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization

? Detail orientated and highly organized
? Strong analytical skills
? Assertive and diplomatic
? Ability to multi-task, delegate and prioritize work
