Test Manager

We are seeking multiple QA Managers to support a banking client in NNJ.

The manager requires detailed knowledge of the software development life cycle and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. You will run programs from end to end and will work with the project managers to create test plans and execute to the plan.

Job Experience:
Required experience includes:

. Experience working in large, complex testing programs following established methodologies and processes
. Experience with best practice testing procedures
. Experience with the full test and development life cycle
. Experience managing risk and issues
. Experience in the development of testing strategy, test plans, test cases, scripts, as well as defect tracking and reporting
. Experience with Quality Center
. Strong documentation skills
. 3 to 4 years of Project Management skills managing large projects or 5 to 6 people
. Solid verbal and written communication skills as you will be dealing with a variety of projects
. The ability to deal with technology and business alike
. A good understanding of process
. Experience in the financial services industry is required

Desired skills:

. Experience with General Ledger, application integration or data conversions is a plus
