Test Managers (manage 15-25+ testers, Claims, Healthcare or Financial Exp. Facilitate, Lead teams,

QA Test Manager (2) located in Honolulu, HI  $55-$68 per hour all inclusive.  Please highlight your experience in an e-mail and on your resume so it stands out?.You must have the experience of managing 15-25+ testers and up to 100 users at any giventime. You must have a healthcare or large financial institution experience to be considered.  Preferably with testing claims experience.  Excellent communication skills are a must.

 

This position is for a Test Manager that will Manage the testers and testing effort of 10-15 Testers.  This is not for a Tester..... PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE MANAGING TESTERS.  Experience as a Test Lead in Healthcare.....only large Healthcare such as Humana, Aetna, Bluecross, Wellpoint, or Wells Fargo, etc.

 

*Manage Testers, understand test case scenarios, Report to the QA Manager

*Direct Time Lines to project to keep it on schedule and budget

Facilitate meetings of user and technical groups.

Required Skill Sets and Level of Competency:

* Strong knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or banking business

* Expert knowledge of testing procedures

* Experience leading teams

* Typically 7 to 10 years of testing or other relevant work.

* Must include 4 years leading Projects.

Statement of Work:

* Develop testing procedures, techniques, and methodologies

* Perform testing activities and provide testing guidance to project teams on multiple projects

* Partners with project teams and manages testing for the project.

* Responsible for developing the test plans for multiple complex projects

* Work with Project Manager to resolve any issues

* Responsible for the overall testing schedule on multiple complex projects

* Provide status update to the Project Manager.

* Report status to the Quality Assurance Manager

 

The hourly salary is $55-$68 equivalent to Corp. to Corp. and you are responsible for paying your own travel and living expenses. If you are not incorporated you are paid as a W2. Please indicate in your e-mail that you understand and agree to the inclusive hourly rates listed in detail above.

 

The contracts are initially written for 3-6 months however, the project may last 1-2 years and you are expected to stay on until the project is completed.
