- A BA degree in computer science or mathematics.


- Minimum 7-year working experience in computer software area.


- Minimum 3- year performance test experience in a large-scale test environment.


- Knowledge of Solaris 8 and AIX 5.3 operating systems and knowledge of Unix monitoring tools such


as vmstat, iostat, ps, SAR, etc. are required.


- Knowledge of WebSphere admin console and Tivoli tool are required


- Working experience in testing Web servers such as WebLogic and/or Websphere servers


- Hand-on experience on a load generation tool such as Mercury LoadRunner is required.


- Able to write Unix scripts to automate performance data analysis process is a plus


- Able to examine test logs and identify problems without any supervision.


- Strong analyticak skills.


- Performance tuning and capacity planning experiences are required.
