Tier II Help Desk

**US Citizenship** *Local to the Louisville area *Able to start August 14 and work to December 1*
***This is a 5 to 6 month contract only
**Maximum pay is $15.00 per hour
**You must have 3 years current Help Desk and Deskside support experience in an IT environment**
**A+ and N+ certifications are mandatory**

* Troubleshoots network access problems and implements network security policies and procedures.
* Ensures network security access and protects against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction.
* Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
* Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
* Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
* Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures.
* Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
* Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others on a temporary basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.

* All other duties as assigned.
