Tier II Support Specialist

Job Type: Temporary / Contract / Project

This position will ensure a timely and effective phone support of various laptop and desktop devices in this Tier 2 environment. Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues over the phone. This opportunity will provide 3 weeks of paid training prior to starting. You will need to have at least 1+ years of experience working with computers. The support will focus on both hardware and software.

Tier II support providing support for Dell products. Candidates must have their A+ certification. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with laptop and desktop computers. Knowledgeable with both hardware and software support. This is a full-time job opportunity. Operating Systems (98/ME/XP Home/XP Pro) and basic software applications. Candidates must be able to pass a technical assessment test and background check. Preferred skills: A+ Certification, Associates Degree in Computer Science.
