Tier Two Support Analyst

Skills Required:   

Solid knowledge of MS XP Pro Operating System and an understanding of desktop troubleshooting processes; strong PC compatible workstation, laptop, and peripheral installation and configuration skills; knowledge of MS Office Suite XP including Outlook, Visio, and MS Project; ability to manage support resources involved in medium scale PC deployments; strong organizational, written, and verbal communications skills required.  Excellent customer service skills and ability to operate in a dynamic, fast moving, fast changing environment required.

Experience Required:  

Minimum 4 years IT experience working in Desktop Support or Two years on Tier 1 Help Desk and Two Years Desktop Support.  Experience installing and configuring MS Windows workstations, hardware and associated peripherals, including network printers, MFDs, locally connected printers, etc.; prefer candidates who have worked in medium to large scale environments with knowledge or experience with unattended operating system and application installations; windows server skills considered a plus, but not required.

BA/BS or equivalent work experience.

MCP and A+ preferred.
