Tivoli Tool Support Analyst

Our client has a job opening for a tool support analyst. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, customizing, documenting, and operation of the IBM Tivoli Monitoring Application. Tivoli Monitoring is used to monitor the Corporate and Branch Distributed Server environment. This person is not responsible for the actual monitoring of servers, but will be the person to develop the custom monitors which are used by multiple support groups onsite at the Client's location. This 6 month contract is in a business casual environment with cubicles for the work space. A full suite of benefits is offered including free parking.

Required Experience
Basic Client/Server concepts
Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 Server operating systems.
Windows Management Instrumentation and how to query through scripts.
IBMTivoli Framework
IBM Tivoli Monitoring
IBM Tivoli Enterprise Console.
