Job Summary:





We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to help lead a project team in the selection and implementation of an industry leading Trade Order Management solution.  This Project Manager will participate in the analysis, selection, process and system design, and implementation of a Trade Order Management System.





Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Manages projects from needs identification to process design to implementationInterviews senior management and subject matter experts to gather business requirements and document appropriate work flowsAnalyzes and evaluates current business processes and requirements and make recommendations to management for new, more efficient, workflows and processesPerforms analysis of existing information systems, applications, and processes to evaluate effectiveness and efficiencyInterfaces with technical representatives to understand what solutions are possible for current needs and also while implementation of the solutions are underwayHelp select and implement an appropriate Trade Order Management Systems while providing innovative thought leadership to the organizationQuality assurance testing of systems


Qualifications:Have at least 5 years related project management or business analyst experience in the financial services industryProject managed at least one major vendor solution implementations (trade order management, portfolio management, performance, or reference data)Knowledge of leading Trade Order Management Systems is requiredKnowledge of order management workflows including pre-trade and post-trade complianceBachelor?s degree from four-year college or universityKnowledge of project management methods and experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC)Highly-developed analytical skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailFamiliarity with Microsoft Solutions Framework a plus
