Training Manager-Nash

Position Description:

The Training Developer/Instructor is responsible for developing and delivering software applications training programs to client and internal participants from both business and technical disciplines.

Detailed Responsibilities:

? Develop and maintain Instructor-led Training materials for company?s software applications
? Develop and maintain Computer-based Training materials for software applications
? Develop instructional material according to set training standards, using provided templates and development tools
? Deliver instructor-led courses on company?s software products to clients and employees
? Perform train-the-trainer sessions for key enterprise clients
? Perform administrative duties in preparation for training delivery, including training room setup and course materials editing and production
? Gather feedback and communicate issues to Manager Training Services

Position Requirements:

? BA/BS degree in Education, Computer Science, and/or applicable field
? Minimum 2 years experience designing, developing and delivering software applications training programs, preferably with a software/services company
? Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; superb client-facing skills
? Excellent classroom management skills
? Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
? Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
? Experience with software simulation tools preferred (i.e., Macromedia Captivate, IBM Simulation Producer)
? Willingness to travel
