Position Overview:

 

The Training Specialist ? Advanced will be responsible for writing Computer Based training and instructor led training for the user population. Previous experience is required.  This position supports a major military client in Norfolk, VA.

 

Position Qualifications:

 

?  Active Secret level government clearance

?  Bachelors degree

?  Strong written/verbal communication skills

?  Strong client facing experience

?  Training and/or Instructional Design experience

?  Macromedia Flash a plus

?  Macromedia Captivate a plus

?  Macromedia Authorware a plus

?  HTML/JAVA ? general knowledge

?  Strong investigative skills

?  Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

?  Microsoft Office experience required
