Training & Placements of Java EE Consultants - US citizens, GC, F1/OPT, H1 - MS, BS or MBA

TechPoint is currently looking for recent graduates for training or entry-level positions in the field of Java EE (J2EE).  Candidates applying for this position with BS/MS in Computer Science, BS/MS in Engineering (Electronics or Electrical) or MBA (Information Systems) are preferred.  Candidates who are already capable in object-oriented programming are also preferred.

 

You will be trained to become a Java EE (J2EE) consultant in a manner appropriate to your capability.  The 5 weeks training program is designed to cover the following major subjects:

 


Core Java Review (OO Concepts, Language, Threads, Exception, I/O, RMI, Inner Classes) 
Enterprise Java
Servlets
JSP
XML
Struts
Application Servers (Tomcat, Weblogic, WebSphere)
Web Services
RAD and Build Tools
UML
EJBs
Other Enterprise Java frameworks

Enrollment is limited to 8 attendees or less.

 

Training includes hands-on projects that simulate real-world assignments given to Java consultants.  The instruction is conducted by industry experts in Enterprise Java, in an environment that provides access to technical resources equivalent to those found in the actual work environment.

 

Classes are conducted during weekends. Students will have 24x7 access to our lab facilities and infrastructure. Full-time Technical expert is available on-site during the weekdays to support students with technical assistance.

 

You will be coached on how to become a confident and competent Java EE consultant so that you can be placed with one of our clients, sometimes without the need for an interview. In addition, 100% placement and assistance in resume making along with interview preparation and comprehensive marketing assistance.

Free accommodation and relocation assistance will be provided for qualified candidates as part of the training. TechPoint facilitates F-1, F-1/OPT, H-1, H-4, L-1 or L-2 transfer to H-1 Visas and subsequent Green Card processing.
