UNIX Production Support

  Job Title:  UNIX Production Support Analyst

Locations:  Reston, VA 20190

Urbana, MD 21704

Salary:   $45/hr to $55/hr

 

Job Description:

Individual will perform UNIX production support for all enterprise systems including debugging any production issues, making fixes as necessary, and creating production reports using Perl and Shell scripting to create Excel reports.

 

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of UNIX operating system
Good Shell scripting experience including Perl
Extract data using UNIX shell scripts
Must be able to export data using UNIX shell scripts into Microsoft Excel format
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong Microsoft Excel to perform merges, sorting, importing, exporting, reporting, parses, formatting, graphing etc?
Make PowerPoint presentations
Make Visio Diagrams
Good in documentation
Good communication skills and be a team player
