URGENT Microsoft .Net Developer/Architect Required at Award Winning Microsoft Gold Partner

We have a full time job opening with full benefits (Health Insurance, vacation, 401K, etc.) that must be filled IMMEDIATELY for an experienced Microsoft .NET developer and architect.Biztalk Server and/or Sharepoint Portal Server experience are a plus.  The position is based in Coral Gables, but may require some travel throughout the USA.  Selected candidates should possess 3+ years experience in many of the following disciplines:

- ASP.NET, ADO.NET
- Winforms .NET development (C#, preferably; MDI-based applications) and Webforms

- XML, XSLT, Experience with Web Services

- SQL Server - Experience designing and developing Stored Procedures specifically OPenXML and For XML Explicit/Implicit stored procedures, experience with DTS packages 

- Experience developing XSD schemas, experience with XSL stylesheets, experience using XPATH to manipulate nodes and elements using the XML DOM

- Web Services / .NET remoting (preferably .NET remoting)
- COM+ / .NET interoperability
- Migration from COM+ to .NET
- SharePoint Portal Services (all levels)
- BizTalk Server (all levels)

- Good Communication and Leadership Skills
