US APPLICATIONS TEAM MANAGER

Job Description:
The individual that is selected for this key role will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Oracle Business Analysts. Will also manage a team of US business analysts responsible for continuous improvement and development of Oracle business systems and direct the end-to-end implementation life cycle for applications (design, build, test, implement, support). Additional duties will include: developing the Oracle applications footprint to support evolving business needs, evaluating new functionality for the business, driving the integration of acquisitions (from an applications perspective), and providing support to users for resolution of application issues and faults.



The successful candidate for this position must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and a minimum of seven years professional ERP management experience; medical consumer industry experience highly preferred. Proficiency in Oracle e-Business Applications Suite is required. Experience managing full applications implementation life cycle and line management experience is necessary. Strong communication, leadership, presentation, multitasking and project management skills are essential. Knowledge of medical device industry and medical consumer markets is desired. Must be able to to participate effectively in project teams.
