Unix Administrator - St. Louis - 5 years

COMSYS is supporting a large client in St. Louis Missouri for a Unix Administrator position. This position is scheduled to run five years in length. Please review the details below and if interested apply on-line. This position does require that you be a W2 employee of COMSYS so NO corp to corp candidates. COMSYS does sponser visas  in case you require an H1 transfer.

 

Required Technical Skills

1) System Administration-UNIX - Expert with 5 year(s) experience.

Strong Sun/Solaris experience.

2) Installation, Configuration and support of Sun servers in a large distributed environment. - Expert with 5 year(s) experience.

3) Significant experience with TCP/IP and related protocols. - Expert with 5 year(s) experience.

Preferred Technical Skills

1) Solaris 10 Container partitioning. - Intermediate with 1 year(s) experience.

2) Linux systems administration - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience.

3) Experience with Unix shell or Perl scripting. - Intermediate with 4 year(s) experience.

4) IT infrastructure project management - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience.
