The candidate selected for this position will install, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot complex Unix and Linux operating systems software and related program products.  Provide technical consulting on the use and integration of applications into the operating environment. Work with corporate-wide technical staff and large external clients. Must be able perform tasks independently and with leadership. Requires ability to provide technical coaching and mentoring to team members. 

 

Candidate Requirements:  Expert in operating systems, storage subsystems, and Software Vendor products. Understands business issues facing clients. Must have minimum 6+ years related IT experience, Bachelor?s Degree, Associates Degree, Certifications or equivalent work experience. Five plus years experience with the following operating systems:

 

?  AIX

?  Solaris

?  Veritas Volume Manager

?  Veritas NetBackup

?  IBM TSM
