Working collaboratively with other user experience and product design?team members, individual business partners, business architects/analysts, project architects, developers, and project managers, the User Experience and Product Design?Lead will be responsible for leading highly visible/strategic projects and assisting?management in the flawless execution of?user experience and product design work products and deliverables.? Leads the work of Jr. through Sr.?resources on a given project and is heavily engaged in all phases of the?product design/development lifecycle, including the analysis, design, development, test, and integration of?B2B, B2C, or Internal Applications.? Heavily participates in the leading, facilitation, analysis and documentation of user-centered design methodologies, functional specifications and?user interface specifications.

?Ability to handle multiple cross-functional/discipline projects is a mustAnalyze business requirements to define and improve applications and business processesAnalyze functional requirements and develop detailed functional specificiationsStrong understanding of both usability engineering and interaction design methodology/ project lifecycle is a mustStrong ability to lead and "mentor" other?staff with less experience, ability to set?project direction and execute on project deliverables and work products owned bythe teamDistill and organize large amounts of complex information into simple, useful, and usable application designsAbility to balance the "importance to the user" with the ROI to the businessFamiliarity with iterative approaches to the software development lifecycleAbility to work with business leaders in a consultative fashionAbility to succeed in a fast-paced environment where goals are aggressive and quality is key?Strong creative, business and communication skills required; ability to create effective and visually appealing presentations,? comfortable presenting to large groups of people, self starter, commitment to deadlinesStrong expertise in uml, use case development, user-centered design, usability engineering techniques, product development and design,?software interface modeling/prototyping, browser DOM's and platform compatibility, graphic design/optimization for the Web, search engine optimization and web/user analyticsStrong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, DHTML, XML/XSLT, JSP/J2EE (limitations and strengths with technologies)Fluent in iRise 3.12+, Visio, PowerPoint, Adobe PhotoShop 6.0+/Adobe Image Ready 3.0+, Understanding of Macromedia MX Studio - Dreamweaver, Flash, Freehand, Fireworks5-7+ years experience, BS or BA in Information Systems, Computer Science, Interface and Information Design, Interaction Design or equivalent level of proven experience, advanced degree preferred3-5 years designing, specing and implementing large scale applications and Web sites
