SOFTWARE DEVELOPER ENGINEER ? MULTIPLE POSITIONS
Our client is a fast growing, dynamic company that is seeking multiple talented and experienced VB / VB.NET engineers to work on existing and next generation products and help with the conversion from VB 6.0 to VB.NET/C#. Immediate need requires Senior Developers who can serve as a strong individual contributor to our growing team. Strong OOA and OOD following industry-standard best practices in VB.NET, MS SQL and good CS fundamentals are necessary to win this job.

Job Experience, Responsibilities, and Skills:
BS in computer science or equivalentExperience in application system design, development and enhancementThorough knowledge of Microsoft software development framework and related development environmentsMinimum 5 years experience in software development / system analysis, specifically with VB 6.0, VB.NET and C#Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, industry standard practices and processesSolid Relational Database experienceRecent experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000, including experience with Stored Procedure developmentMust have Strong knowledge in ADO, ADO.Net, MS SQL, and SQL Server Must have Good Windows applications skills Must have the ability to learn and troubleshoot existing applications and platformsKnowledge of C#, C++ and Java is a plusProfessional attitude, communication/teamwork skillsMust have good organizational skills and ability to take ownership of a project
