Responsible for the integration between IT and business segments/shared services
Works with SCS business segments to develop and integrate IT strategy with business objectives and future direction
Works with other EIT groups to set IT priorities and manage demand
Defines and gathers requirements
Understands the business segment/shared services' critical success factors and operating dynamics
Establishes and manages service levels and customer satisfaction between SCS and the EIT shared services organization
Actively participates in cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions

Accountabilities
Meet or exceed SCS client needs by shaping the IT agenda and delivering IT offerings
Balance individual solutions with those of the the enterprise. Mediate competing priorities between the Business and IT
Serve a leadership role in the strategic planning process of the Business to ensure alignment between Business priorities and IT projects.
Responsible for managing the Business Unit's portfolio of IT projects
Serve as a singular point of contact for the Business into the EIT organization.
Act as an advocate on behalf of the business in the prioritization of work within the EIT organization.
Collaborate with the Business and other IT teams to ensure that the appropriate resources are brought to bear on the design and delivery of IT solutions.
Utilizing an in-depth knowledge of the Business Unit's financial and strategic plans, assist in the identification of potential solutions, as well as their development and support strategies.
Ensure that EIT capabilities are adequately represented to the Business Unit. Inform the Business Unit of emerging technologies and represent them in presenting emerging technologies to EIT.
Assist the Business Unit with annual budget planning utilizing unit based pricing and manage to resolution any pricing related issues or concerns from either the BU or EIT.
Negotiate Service Level Agreements with Business Clients; mediate as needed any required service level adjustments. Communicate service level performance to clients in accordance with their predetermined SLA's.
Respond to unresolved operational and service issues as appropriate. Communicate corrective actions to Business clients and drive ongoing resolution of issues.
Work with EIT leadership to identify opportunities for achieving synergies and reduce costs in the delivery of EIT shared services.

Education and Prerequisites: Minimum required to perform job.
BS in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
Undergraduate degree required, MBA or Graduate degree preferred
12+ years in IT and/or technical business role
Experience as a business leader with a firm working knowledge of IT as a strategic business enabler is required
