VP & Client Director

Description:
o Manage Core business metrics. Primary contact for GBIS and GForce implementation, ensure consistent metrics and reporting on a monthly basis
o Manage quarterly Business Review and monthly Operational Review process - manage the complete process to include: coordination of the management schedules, ensure consistent preparation by attendees, summarize key action items, distribution of minutes etc. Responsible for follow up and management of all follow up agenda items issues.
o Manage the monthly Worldwide sales forecast process-to include accuracy and completeness of the forecast. Do analysis of accuracy as well as win/loss to determine future business demand.
o Manage Monthly Leadership Letter Process - set up management schedule, integrate and summarize key messages to the team and facilitate resolution of core issues highlighted.
o Perform analysis of and commentary on various aspects of worldwide business to apprise Management of key business drivers.
o Design/develop/implement forms and processes to streamline business processes within the Worldwide Sales organization.
o Assist SVP in preparing for and participating in operations reviews.
o Work directly with all levels of the Sales Organization to promote continuous improvement in the tools and information needed to maximize productivity.
o Management of Gartner Alignment Tool process to ensure pervasive implementation of the tool. Ensure that the process is managed on a month to month basis, manage update schedule and progressive reviews, report on performance indicators and metric status.
o Coordinate and participate with group meetings as needed.
o Act as liaison with other lines of business to resolve problems, implement ideas, and develop processes to streamline business operations and increase productivity.
o Leadership Team Communication - general reporting and communication of leadership direction and help to facilitate effective in-team communication.
o Providing short-term and long-term analysis and commentary to drive business operation decisions.
o Provide general business support and participate in any projects as requested.

Qualifications:
o 4 plus years work experience in a Business environment, plus 2 to 4 years work experience at Gartner preferred.
o Ability to function in a dynamic and rapidly changing sales environment.
o Knowledge of Gartner process, products and reporting systems
o Strong computer proficiency and aptitude for the Information Technology Industry is a must.
