Position resides in Morristown, NJ with one to two days a week in Manhattan offices.

Directs annual budgeting process and prepares board level budget presentations
Works with business unit leaders to prepare quarterly forecasts and analyze variances to budget and prior forecasts.
Manages bank relationships and reporting
Oversees cash management function
Oversees outsourced tax function
Oversee investment analysis and return on capital
Will manage staff of two

Requirements:

Candidate should have previous experience in budgeting and planning function
MBA minimum, CPA preferred
Professional services industry experience preferred but not required
Good analytical and financial analysis skills. Must have previous management experience
Good work ethic and attention to detail
Reports to Chief Financial Officer
