The Validation Assistant will serve as a validation team member on multiple projects including work orders. The assistant will review Client Protocols, User Requirement Specifications and Functional Specifications, write and execute test cases against these requirements, enter errors into error tracking logs and perform retests documenting resolutions, and maintain Validation testing documentation and files. Peer review and approve test cases written by other validation team members. The Validation Assistant may co-lead a validation team with a more senior level validation team member. The Validation Assistant will work to obtain an understanding and knowledge of SOPs, validation standard practices, and work processes including the System Development Life Cycle. The Validation Assistant will work to continually expand their knowledge and understanding of supporting systems within IVR (i.e. - frontend, messaging, etc...). The Validation Assistant will handle other assignments as assigned by the Validation Manager

Qualifications
BS/BA degree

2 years experience in a validation or regulatory position dealing with SOPs and computer systems requirement specifications is preferred.
