Video Conference Support Specialist
Greenebaum Doll & McDonald is currently seeking a Video Conference Support Specialiast to support our video conference and technology centers. Greenebaum is a major regional law firm heavily committed to the use of technology for the advancement of the practice of law. Our conference centers support all attorneys and legal support staff as well as clients. We offer full support for video, voice, and web meetings.
The Video Conference Support Specialist is key to fullfilling our clients and legal professionals needs. This position is part of a strong technology team and will have the opportunity to learn a variety of technologies.
Primary job functions will include:Working with clients, attorneys and civic groups to coordinate conferences and seminars using presentations and/or conference center technology Manage accounts and payment of vendorsPlan and execute conferences and seminars with office managers and/or marketing team. Interface with vendors to negotiate contracts and service agreements Manage and maintain firm wide videoconference, webconference and teleconferencing scheduling, equipment, and videoconference network Administer software licensing and maintenance and installation approvals Manage multiple calendars (up to +20) Administer and support checkout equipment (laptops, projectors, etc.) Act as liaison between the I.T. Department and clients/public, conference center personnel, software vendors, network vendors, technology integrators, telecoms, and hardware installers. Requirements:Extensive Microsoft Office skills including forms development, Outlook calendar, and advanced powerpoint. Some experience in video conferencing, audio systems, preparing presentations, working with executives or high-priority persons on a daily basis, meeting with clients or civic groups, navigating networks and servers, developing budgets, and supporting and trouble-shooting equipment and information technology. Professional demeaner and presentation. Strong troubleshooting, testing, and problem resolving skills. Project Management skills. Experience programming AMX would be beneficial. Flexible schedule including some weekend work and travel to other offices. Contact isdirector@gdm.com
