Help Ablest Staffing be a leader in the industry by acting as the Help Desk Analyst who provides first-level support to users; provides answers to clients; improves client references; participates in development of training programs; accommodates client disabilities; improves system performance.

Qualifications


Expert problem-solver. Sorts through complex issues and conducts comparative analysis of multiple solutions.


Uses superior customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Greets callers, establishes rapport, projects professional tone, handles complaints, and records statistics on each call.


Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience.


Designs the organization for optimal customer service. Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer.


Extensive knowledge of networking standards, protocols, security, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.


Capable of producing comprehensive documentation.


Experience designing and delivering instructional training to many levels in the organization including entry-level, supervisory and upper-management levels.


Experience troubleshooting network clients and servers.


Experience providing problem diagnosis and resolution for a variety of technical environments.


Demonstrates ability to coach and develop people. Helps team members set and attain development goals.


High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
1 yr in office/call center/administrative environment
1 yr experience in Videoconferencing preferred
Video EndPoint knowledge preferred
Accord/VideoServer technical knowledge preferred
