Job Description:

Our client, EDS, is looking for bright, talented individuals with a wide range of experience, interest, goals and approaches to life. With an end-to-end service portfolio encompassing five complimentary lines of businesses. Working on project with EDS offers an exciting array of possibilities.

Position Overview

This individual is needed to provide the contractual support required to provide central operations support for 24 X 7, 365 days a year. To perform troubleshooting with video and audio components in supported videoconference rooms. Work with briding provider to troubleshoot network issues. Work directly with Service Center to document incident tickets and followup with customer.

Job Requirements:

3-5 years of Audio./Visual Troubleshooting/Bridge/Network experience

All candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.
