WAP Operator I, Part Time

Operate the central data collection facility for a wide area gaming system. Monitoring the on-line games via computer printout, displays, logging certain exceptions, notifying appropriate people of problems, jackpots and other status. In addition, team members compile and print reports, process jackpots paperwork, perform system back-ups, communicate effectively with customers, users and other team members.

Qualifications Required
Education: High School

Experience:
? Detail and documentation oriented self starter.
? Microsoft Windows experience and able to type 35 wpm.
? Computer experience with network knowledge preferred.
? Gaming industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities
? Monitor computer center with interactive screen displays and printed notifications.
? Notify other staff personnel if problems.
? Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues as they occur.
? Assist with installation of new products and services.
? Print out reports and file and/or mail as necessary.
? Keep logs up to date.
? Enter adds and changes to site configurations.
? Back-up systems data.



Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to obtain a gaming card upon employment. A security investigation will be conducted. A drug test will be required before employment.
