Teleperformance USA, one of the largest contact centers companies in the world, has a new and exciting opportunity to maintain and operate the company?s global corporate website and subsidiary websites.

 

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of global corporate website.

Assures that all web pages comply with appropriate policies, guidelines, and standards. 

Monitors and analyzes web traffic, usage patterns and responses. Creates reports for Senior Management and formulates recommendations to continue improving online marketing efforts. Ensures site performance 24x7. Creates new web pages/sections, updates existing web pages as necessary.  Provides technical support to all levels of users and ensures resolution of problems. 

 

Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience on IS, web design and development including development of HTML documents with embedded graphics, forms, audio, video and script objects;  MS SQL; Content Management Systems or Dynamic Content Portals; web publishing applications;  Macromedia Flash,  Ektron CMS Software a plus.  Must also have excellent writing and speaking skills and be able to project a strong sense of professionalism and Corporate image.

 

BA degree in related field and proficiency in Spanish preferred.
