e-Commerce Administrator

Dreams, Inc., a dynamic, rapidly growing, public company is actively seeking an focused and energetic e-Commerce Administrator to work out of our Sunrise, Florida location.

 

Dreams, Inc. is a leading company in the sports and celebrity memorabilia industry, with 31 franchise and retail ?Field or Dreams? stores nationwide, in-house framing and display manufacturing of both signed and unsigned memorabilia through ?Mounted Memories?, and an ever-growing internet sales division, ?FansEdge?.

 

In this capacity, the e-Commerce Administrator will Support the Sales Department in different technical facets by managing information in multiple servers, administering and disseminating such information via reports as necessary for all sales staff.  This position will be responsible for administering Dynamics Application Server tasks related to file and report distribution for customer and staff; administering Business Portal, adding users and reports, as well as adjusting permissions and roles as needed; monitoring incoming electronic orders and handling exceptions; working with sales staff to maintain product image organization, creating CD?s and DVD?s as needed; creating reports using Business Portal, Crystal Reports, Excel and Access and creating lists using spreadsheets from sales staff and databases as needed, among other duties.

 

Education and experience requirements for this position are as follows:

 Associates Degree and/or, 2 years Equivalent experience;1-2 years of spreadsheet creation experience using Microsoft Excel;1-2 years of experience using desktop database such as Microsoft Access for importing, querying, joining and exporting data;1-2 years of experience in creating reports from databases, using tools such as Microsoft Access or Crystal Reports;Able to work with minimum supervision and capable of self-checking for completeness and accuracy of work produced; Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.Strong PC, spreadsheet skills;Must have good organizational skills and be able to multitask;Ability to meet goals and schedules.
