eRoom Change Management Specialist

Zycron, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a eRoom Change Management Specialist to join our team in Tampa, FL. This candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years working in this field. This position requires strong communication and organization skills.

Scope of Work:
Production Control Change Management support for the CCFS applications, with primary responsibility for eRoom. Coordinate and implement changes for major and minor application releases and infrastructure modifications. Maintain any application custom source code baselines in secured archive regions and ensure that all change authorizations are correctly annotated in the specified archive repositories.

Competencies:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. The candidate must possess the ability to interact effectively with technical system support staff as well as business users. A knowledge of Change Management source control tools is a must (e.g. Version Manager, Visual Source Safe). Familiarity with Microsoft's suite of office tools, and any migration software tool (e.g. Mercury's ITGovernance, Serena's Mover) is desirable.
