:: Description:
As a member of the SalesForce.com IT team, the candidate will closely work with our internal customers and external partners to define the requirements and solutions needed to support key Order to Cash business processes. You will interact daily with IT team(s), cross-functional business teams, and testing teams to ensure the smooth definition and implementation of business systems. The ability to multi-task across multiple concurrent projects is required.

You will also have the opportunity to define custom internal applications using innovative solutions such as salesforce.com's award-winning products.

:: Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies. Partner with business representatives at all levels to assess, refine, and drive appropriate technology solutions. Guide the selection of solutions and ensure applicable global business requirements are met. Exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Work closely with project managers, development teams, quality assurance, and other teams to define/execute the comprehensive project plan.

:: Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree, with 5+ yrs related information systems experience
- Background in business process analysis, system requirements, as well as data modeling and detailed functional design
- Deep knowledge of business applications, with a focus on SFA systems, eCommerce systems, and revenue/billing/OM systems. Salesforce.com, Oracle Financials/Supply Chain, and ERP experience, a plus.
- Has demonstrated ability to work with teams to identify and analyze process improvement opportunities and define resulting technology solutions. Expert understanding of systems analysis, including root cause analysis, and other process modeling and systems design methodologies
- Solid project management skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environment

:: Desired Skills/Experience:
- Excellent, creative problem-solving skills
- Experience with Use Case modeling or similar modeling techniques
- Knowledge of web applications, databases (preferably Oracle), SQL, and Java is a big plus
- Experience taking a consultative approach with clients or internal customers
