:: Description:
The IT Integration Support Analyst will be responsible for maintenance and when needed enhancement of various integration points between salesforce.com CRM web services and the business applications that support internal functions. The position will work closely with developers and application support to troubleshoot issues with integration related to code once released to production or process surrounding integration. Working with business owners and analysts, this position will leverage the salesforce.com API to integrate with applications such as Oracle Financials, Sabrix tax engine, various Web-based applications, and other internal business applications as required. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, a minimum of 4 years developing business related applications or integrations, experience interfacing with Oracle Financials, and have a grasp of general accounting principals and/or general backoffice business processes. This person will need to be able to learn quickly, work in a fast paced team driven environment, and have the ability to communicate well with non-technical personnel.

:: Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related experience
- 4 years Java Development
- 1 year Web Services development using SOAP
- Extensive SQL and PL/SQL experience
- 2+ years experience writing reports, interfaces, and/or integrations with Oracle or other RDBMS based applications
- A thorough understanding of XML, SQL, and enterprise application integration
- Knowledge or direct experience with Linux/Unix Shell Scripting
- Knowledge of business applications such as financial systems, billing systems, etc.
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
- Ability to juggle multiple projects & tasks

:: Desired Skills/Experience:
- Experience implementing and integrating packaged software applications
- Other programming experience with Visual Basic, C++, Perl
- Understanding of Oracle Applications or similar technical architectures
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot database and Java performance issues.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues within packaged applications and communicate with technical support organizations
- Knowledge of enterprise systems such as CRM, SFA, and ERP.
- Experience with Enterprise Integration tools
